Hem de çakma değil, 9,0 şiddetine bile dayanıklı bu gökdeleni inşaa ettiler. Sürdürülebilir mimarlık konusunda uzmanlaşmış Çinli inşaat firması, çelik yapıların üzerine yerleştirilen prefabrik modüllerden inşa ettiği gökdelen, raporlara göre 9.0 şiddetindeki depreme dayanacak kadar sağlam.
