The format is: Y:\System\StartMenu Y:\System\Registry To save your Start Menu, Boot into PE, make your Start Menu changes, then, in the Start Menu, go to - System Tools>Settings>Save Start Menu to activate the feature...When the program is run any shortcuts including new folders will be saved, and then loaded during reboot. You will need to repeat this each time you make changes. To reset the Start Menu to the DEFAULT settings delete the Y:\SYSTEM\STARTMENU folder. You can place .REG files in the "Y:\System\Registry" folder and they will automerge with the registry during boot. You can place as many .REG files in this folder as you like.
