With MyMoney it is easy and simple to manage and archive your finances.
The program offers you evaluations and statistics with regard to your bank transactions with just a click of the mouse.
Text- and CSV-import
MyMoney supports Paypal accounts, text-/CSV-import and HBCI-Banking Pin/Tan (only available in Germany). Transactions from your Paypal account can be retrieved directly from the Paypal server. With HBCI-Banking you can retrieve your transactions of almost every German bank, directly over the internet. For all other financial accounts you can import CSV- or text files.
For currencies
Bank transactions with for currencies can be loaded without problems.
Automatic recognition with the help of rules
With the help of rules you can book your transactions automatically into a destinated group, e.g. 'Rent' or 'Insurance'. Graphical statistics and overviews will evaluate your transactions per group. This way it is easy to see how high the montly costs are, for exemple for the group 'Insurance'.
To every group you can assign the VAT-%. At the end of each month MyMoney will provide you with an estimated amount of VAT.
History
MyMoney will archive all transactions. This enables you to search for transactions in the past.
Compatible to Invoice and Purchase Journal
MyMoney is compatible with the programs Invoice and Purchase Journal.
The integrated interface will transfer your transactions automatically. Invoice is able to recognise payments of customers and will assign those payments to the right invoice.
The Purchase Journal will find your outgoing payment and will mark the purchase invoice as paid.

The Softwarenetz Cash Book is a simple bookkeeping program which enables you to book your cash- and bank mutations easy, fast and without any knowledge of bookkeeping.
Because of the userfriendly design, all 'none-computer-experts' are able to use the Cash Book right away.
Unlimited amount of cash books
You can open and manage as many different cash books as you like.
Onlinebanking integrated
Bank mutations within the Cash Book can be booked completely automatically.
The Cash Book has several possibilities to retriev the bank mutations: HBCI-banking (Germany), text import and a direct connection to the internet for PayPal-mutations.
With the help of rules, the bank mutations are being analysed by the Cash Book and assigned to the appropriate booking account. This helps you to book your bank mutations within a few seconds.
Datev-interface (Germany)
With a mouse click the bookings are being exported into Datev-format. This file can be send to your accountant per email.
Digitalise documents
The new cash book offers you the possibility to add or scan a PDF-document to every booking. Just add a paid invoice, receipt etc. Years later you are still able to display the receipt and print it if necessary. Besides that you can print the monthly journal including the documents or save it as a single PDF-file.
Profit and loss
The Cash Book will show you the profit and loss situation over a selected period.
Additionally private revenues & costs of an one-man business can be taken into account.
VAT
The VAT-overview provides you with all neccessary information for your VAT-statement.
Graphical statistics
Several graphical statistics and reports inform you about your financial situation.

Writing paper
You can print your invoices onto your own writing paper. Create your writing paper with the integrated designer easy and fast. You have 8 different writing papers at your disposal. Select your fonts and colors and add as many graphical files (e.g. your logo) as you like.
Automatic assignment of payments
With our additional program Softwarenetz MyMoney you can assign the payements to the invoices automatically and book the invoices as 'paid'. The payments are being recognised by amount and/or invoice number.
Journal
The clear journal displays all invoices, credit notes, offers and order in the specified period. Optional you can display all net amounts per VAT-%. The journal can be printed as CSV-file which you can send to your accountant.
Statistics
Graphical statistics will inform you at any time about your current invoice turnover and the division of articles and groups of goods. It also displays the yearly turnover compared to the previous year.
Print labels
Out of the customer list you can print labels (A4) with the address of your customer(s). You can select the customer group of which you would like to print the addresses onto a label.
Text editor
When you use our additional program Text editor, you can create a letter to your customer with just a click of the mouse or send a mailing to all your customers. In combination with our program Document archive you can archive your documents directly to your customer.
Document archive
With the additional program Document archive you can archive as many documents to your customer as you like. E.g. scan an order from your customer directly out of the invoice program. You can display all documents of your customers at any time and print or send them again.
E-mailing
With our program Mailing you can send your customers of Invoice 5 an e-mailing.
Send PDF-invoices per e-mail
With one mouse click you can create invoices, orders and reminders in PDF-format and send them directly per e-mail.
PayPal payment button
Optional you can add a PayPal-button to your PDF-invoices. Your customer is now able to pay your invoice with just on click on the PayPal-button without entering IBAN or BIC.
Repeating invoices
You can create as many repeatinf invoices as you like. With repeating invoices you can create invoices automatically which occur on a regular basis.
Preliminary- and final invoices
Create preliminary invoices and combine them into a final invoice. All preliminary invoices will be displayed and calculated into the final invoice.
Shipping
Mark your invoices and orders as 'shipped' and enter the shipping number of your shipping company. Your customer will automatically receive an e-mail with the details of his order.
