Setup Oluşturma Hakkında

Merhabalar. Kullandığım programları derlemekle ilgili yardıma ihtiyacım var. Normal şartlarda Noje js ve git kurduktan sonra ardından bir bat dosyası çalıştırmam gerekiyor.
Bu üç işlemi ayrı ayrı yaptığımda sorun yok. Ancak tümünü tek setup dosyası haline getirip katılımsız bir kurulum yapmak istiyorum yardımcı olabilecek varmı?

Noje.js ve git kurulacak ve ardından .bat dosyası çalıştırılacak. Kendim denediğimde node.js ve git kurduruyorum ancak bat dosyası çalıştığında node.js ve git kurulmamış gibi işlem yapıyor.
Aynı setup ikinci kez çalıştırdığımda node js ve git önceden kurulduğu için bu sefer .bat dosyası sorunsuz kurulumu yapıyor.
