biliyorum eski sürüm oldugunu :( arasındaki fark boyutundan bakarsan verdigim linkteki orjinal setuptan katilımsızdır....sizin söylemiş oldugunuz çalişma bende var :)

Microsoft Visual C++ bir programlama dilidir ve pek çok program, oyun Microsoft Visual C++ dili kullanılarak geliştirilir.
Visual C++ Redistributable uygulaması içinde kütüphane denilen ve uzantısı .dll olan pek çok dosya içerir.

Bu kütüphaneler Visual C++ ile geliştirilmiş oyun ve programların çalışması için gereklidir.  Kütüphane dosyaları

Yüklediğiniz pek çok oyun ve program çalışmak için Visual C++ Redistributable paketine ihtiyaç duyar.
