We developed a word processing software so that Mac users wouldn’t have to use that other word processing application. It only made sense to write a spreadsheet one too. Mariner Calc – a product by Mac developers for Mac users.

Calc can easily handle MS Excel files – Calc opens and saves files to Excel, CSV and various ASCII formats so that you can share your data with everyone. Like Excel’s multiple worksheets, Mariner Calc uses layered sheets that allow you to share information between sheets via a tabbed palette. What’s more, they’re easily created via a pop-up menu at the bottom of the document window. Layers can be exported to other spreadsheet applications as documents via a single menu option.

WorldScript savvy, Calc supports Kanji and numerous other international scripts plus graphics and drawing tools to enhance the appearance of your documents. The Drag and Drop feature will give you a powerful alternative to cut, copy and paste. Oh, and did we mention the 80,000 plus word dictionary?
