Selam arkadaşlar

Ben ttnet kullanıyorum, kullandıgım paket ise 8mbit 100 gb aşınca hız düşüyor = 70tl fatura geliyor

fakat internet hızım 5-6 mbit olarak geliyor 2 ay öncesine kadar iyiydi fakat şuanda 720p HD videoları zor izliyorum bazende videoları açıyorum kendilğinden 144 p yada 240 p ye düşürüyor. Daha önceden 1080p HD videoları bile izleyebiliyordum. Kullandığım modem TP-LINK TD-W8901G ama sorunun modemde olduğunu düşünmüyorum.Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda dns değiştirmemi istediler fakat çok saçma geliyor bana onlarda olan sıkıntı yüzünden biz neden dns değiştiriyoruz. Bu sorun sizdede varmı ?

ttnet hep sorun zaten ben süperonline kullanıyorum kafam rahat birde okulda bilgi işlemci olarak çalışıyorum okulun sözleşmesi 4 mb ama hızımız 1 mb hızında bağlantı alıyoruz son 3 aydır birde sürekli port nuarası değiştiriyorlar merkezi hatlarda kurumnet programları ağdan düşüp merkezle irtibatı kesiliyor devlet dairelerinde sürekli aksamalar geliyor bundan dolayı

Hızın bulunduğunuz bölgeye göre değiştiğini tahmin ediyorum altyapıdan kaynaklanıyor olması lazım ama bendeki sorun şu zamandan beri olmaya başladı; hani 1 ay kadar önce tüm türkiyede internet kesilmişti haberleri felan çıkmıştı ozamandan beri böyle sorunlar oluyor. şikayetvar sitesindende baktım hergün şikayet geliyo ttnetle ilgili yüzlerce. Ama müşteri hizmetleri ise sorunun bizden kaynaklandığını belirtmekte ısrarcı bide karşılarında bilmeyen biri vamış gibi yarım saat laf anlatıyolar. Beni şuan müşteri hizmetlerinde görevli yapsalar ne diyeceğimi biliyorum artık ezberledim :) işin içinden çıkmadılarmı üst makama hemen :)

      Bu sorulara cevap olmas amaçlı BTK onaylı ve şuanda aktif hizmet sağlayan firmaların listesini çıkardım.
      BTK, bu işi yapan firmaların şirket isimlerini vermektedir. Orada lisansı olan firmaların hepsi sıralıdır. Sitede paylaşılan ayrıca lisansı aktif olan firmaları teker teker araştırdım. Türk Telekom'dan almış olduğum internet'e 200TL vermem gerekirken, Türknet'ten 139TL ye daha hızlı internet alabiliyorum. Türknet'te aynı şekilde bir internet servis sağlayıcısıdır. Türknet burada bana Türk Telekom altyapısını ile internet veriyor ve daha uygun fiyata veriyor. Bu da beni karıma olmuş oluyor.
      Bunu anlaşmaları varsa diğer altyapı firmalarıyla da yapabilirsiniz. (Bildiğim Altyapı Firmaları: Türk Telekom, Superonline, KabloNet, VodafoneNet) 
      Ben şuanda ComNet diye bir firma ile anlaşmalıyım. İnternet yine Türk Telekom altyapısı ile gelmekte. 12 aylık (önden ödemeli) 69tl x12(ay) =820tl 'ye aldım. Bu demek oluyor ki 12 ay boyunca internete para yada fatura ödemeyeceğim. 100mgbt indirme 6mgbt yükleme tamamen kotasız.
