Turgeon; 21.04.27 sürümü yalnızca birkaç gün önce, 29 Nisan 2021‘de duyurulan GhostBSD’nin yeni bir sürümünü yayınlamak zorunda kaldıklarını söyledi. GhostBSD’yi kurmak için bölüm düzenleyici kullanılırken 2 hataya neden olduğu bildirilince, derhal bu problemlerin giderildiğini söyleyen Turgeon; ne var ki meydana gelen değişikliğin yeni bir ISO kalıbı çıkarılmasını zorunlu kıldığını ifade etti.
