When you use Internet Explorer to browse to a website, the URLs you have visited, Cookies from visited sites, Temporary Internet Files (or Cache files), the URLs you have typed in Address Bar, AutoComplete forms information will be saved. IEHistoryX, bir disk temizleme programıdır. Program sisteminizdeki geçici ve gereksiz dosyaları siler. Ayrıca kayıt defterini de düzenler. Bu şekilde sisteminiz kendisi için gereksiz olan kayıtlardan kurtularak rahatlamış olur. İnternette gezinirken tarayıcınız geçici dosyalar oluşturur. Sisteminize program kurup kaldırırken bazı küçük dosyalar silinmeyebilir.

Ayrıca çalışmayan kısayollarda sistemde kalabilir. Bu program sayesinde bunlardan tamamen kurtulursunuz. Kayıt defterini düzenlediği zaman sisteminiz biraz daha hızlanmış olur.
