by_bozkurt Posted June 18, 2012 Share Posted June 18, 2012 Arkadaşlar merhaba. 22 Ağustos tan sonra inş. askerim.. 1 yılı aşkın süredir bir firmada çalışmaktayım. Tazminatımı alıp işten çıkmak istiyorum. Biraz araştırdım askere gitmeden max. [u][b]5 ay[/b][/u] öncesine kadar [b][u]Askerlik nedeni ile[/u][/b] istifa edilebiliyormuş. Ve silüs belgesi götürülüp tazminat alınıyormuş. Konu tam olarak böylemidir? Ayrıca şimdi çıkmak istesem ne yapmam lazım? Ekstradan 15gün daha çalışmam gerekecek mi? İstifa edip makul bir süre raporlu olsak tazminat için sıkıntı çıkarmı? Çünkü haftada 48 saat çalışmam gerekirken haddinden fazla mesai uzuyor.. Uzun süredir izine çıkamadım sonuçta izin hakkımız var.. Ama vermiyorlar.. O yüzden rapor gibi bir öneri sundum... Bilgilendirme yaparsanız sevinirim. Teşekkürler..
