Kayıt Defteri Düzenleyicisi'ni (Win + R regedit) başlatın ve aşağıdaki konuma gidin: HKCU \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ Advanced Ve EnableXamlStartMenu adında yeni bir DWORD oluşturun ve varsayılan değerini 0 olarak bırakın yenden başlat yaptınızda sorununuz çözülecek... Başlat menüsünü görüyorum ama pogramları oraya atamıyorum.. Sağ taraftaki büyük simgelerin olduğu yere yani..
