MaDLoCK Posted December 9, 2015 Share Posted December 9, 2015 Başlıkta belirttiğim gibi steam üzerinden oyun aldım aldıktan en fazla 2 saat sonra geri iade talebinde bulundum ve birkaç saat sonra bir mail geldi paranız iade edildi 7 ile 14 gün içerisinde kredi kartı hesabınızda görünecektir yazıyodu ben oyunu 25.11.2015 tarihinde aldım yine aynı tarihte iade ettim ama nedense hala para hesapta gözükmüyor bankayı arayıp sordum herhangi bir iade gözükmüyor dendi bu konuda bir fikri olan varmı ne yapmam lazım ? Since your refund request was approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction has been cancelled. Once the bank reconciles your account and sees that we have not collected funds for this transaction, the charge should drop-off your bank or credit card statement. This process may take several weeks depending on the bank. If the charge doesn't drop off your bank statement you will need to contact your bank/credit card company and have them release the funds.
