The game's plot continues the sty of Half-Life and Half-Life 2 and begins at the moment which ended the previous game: a player in the role of Gdon Freeman Alyx Vance along with the need to have time to escape from the chaos of the City covered by 17 while the Citadel of the Alliance which has caused irreparable Freeman damage is not destroyed along with an entire city.
