MÜ - YAP Meslek Birligi ile ilgili tüm bilgileri resmi internet sitesi olan www.mu-yap.org ve T.C. Kültür ve Turizm Bakanliginin resmi Internet sitesi olan www.kultur.gov.tr den ulasabilirsiniz. www.musicamente.com isimli Internet sitesi ile ilgili olarak yaptigimiz incelemelerde, sitede müvekkil meslek birliginin üyesi bulunan fonogram yapimcilarinin üzerinde hak sahibi bulunduklari fonogramlarda yer alan müzik tespitlerinin gerekli izinler almaksizin ve yasadisi bir sekilde mp3, video klip ve benzer formatlarda kullanildigi ve umuma iletildigi belirlenmistir. Tüm bu sebeplerle, ilgili mevzuat hükümleri geregince is bu e-mailimizin tarafiniza ulasmasindan itibaren 3 ( üç ) gün içerisinde sözü edilen yasa disi kullanimin ( ihlalin ) sona erdirilmesini, ihlale konu mp3lerin, video kliplerin içerikten çikarilmasini ve yapilan radyo yayininin durdurulmasini aksi takdirde ise sitenize erisimin engellenmesi ve hakkinizda ceza ve hukuk davasi açilmasi için ulusal ve uluslar arasi mevzuattan kaynaklanan tüm basvuru ve sikayet haklarinin kullanilacagini ihtaren bildiririz.
