Gezdiğiniz sitelerde izlediğiniz flash video dosyalarını (.flv) önbelleğinizden okuyarak, çevrim dışı olarak izleyebilmenizi sağlayan ücretsiz, küçük boyutlu bir programdır. Üstelik Türkçe desteği de var.

Youtube gibi video sitelerinde dolaştığınızda izlediğiniz videolar tarayıcınızın önbelleğinde bir süre saklanır. Bu program, önbellekteki flash video dosyalarını arayıp listede gösterir. Bu dosyaları izleyebilir ve kaydedebilirsiniz.

Program Internet Explorer ve Mozilla tabanlı (firefox gibi) tarayıcıların, ayrıca son sürümüyle birlikte Google Chrome'un da önbelleğini tarayıp bulunan flash video dosyalarını listeler.

Bulunan video dosyalarını izleyebilmeniz için bilgisayarınızda bir FLV oynatıcı (GOM Player gibi) yüklü olmalıdır. Programın dahili bir oynatıcısı bulunmuyor. Program önbellekte bulunmayan bazı video dosyalarını da listede gösterebiliyor. Bu tip dosyaların bulunduğu sayfaları F8 tuşuna basarak açabilirsiniz.

Eğer internetten video izliyorsanız, genellikle videonun bir kopyası tarayıcınızın önbelleğinde (cahce) tutulur. Bu cache verilere kolaylıkla erişmek için VideoCacheView'i kullanabilirsiniz.
