GPEDIT.MSC ile Yerel Grup İlkesi Düzenleyiciyi aç Kullanıcı yapılandırması -> Yönetim şablonları -> Ağ -> Ağ bağlantıları altındaki TCP/IP gelişmiş yapılandırmasını engelle seçeneğini devre dışı bırak Çözüm 2. Regedit ile HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters altındaki Disabled Components anahtarını sil Bu iki uygulamadan sonra sistemin yeniden başlatılması gerekir.
