The Failed Download issue for office.aktivasyon.kaldir.cmd and windows.aktivasyon.kaldir.cmd turned out to be browser related. Chrome failed in normal and incognito mode, Avast worked and Edge worked as well. Did not try Firefox. After figuring this out on my own I did some research and there did not seem to be a solution for Chrome. The consensus was just to use a different browser.

I get a Failed - Download error for both office.aktivasyon.kaldir.cmd and windows.aktivasyon.kaldir.cmd . Turn off virus software while trying it too. What is wrong? Thanks!
