Cyph3r Posted March 4, 2010 Share Posted March 4, 2010 FileConvert, toplu PDF dönüştürme programıdır. Taranan dosya, faks belgesi, Word belgesi gibi çeşitli dosyaları PDF dosya biçimine dönüştürür. FileConvert sadece PDF yapmaz. Ayrıca OCR yoluyla metinlerin aslını bozmadan PDF ve TIFF dosya şeklinde oluşturabilir. Böylece TIFF dosya biçiminde otomatik belge ayrımı ve yönlendirmeden yararlanır. Program ağ üzerinde de çalıştığı için ağ ortamında eriştiği dosyalar üzerinde dönüştürme ve sıralama yapabilir. Program tek bir dosya, klasör ya da sürücü inceleyebilir. Ayrıca tarama ya da arama esnasında yok sayılacak dosyalar da ayarlanabilir. Programın kendi içinde OCR motoru vardır. Ayrıca harici OCR motoru da tanımlanabilir. Özellikler: # Varolan dosyaları PDF'ye dönüştürür. # Dosyalar aranabilir. # Dizin oluşturma yapılabilir. # Ağ üzerinde kullanılabilir. # Dosyaları otomatik ayırıp, kaydedebilir. # Kurulum için basit sihirbaz kullnımı. # Program esnek zamanlayıcı seçeneği sunar. Bu sayede belli saat, gün, dakika da belirlenen iş başlatılır. # Kağıtsız ofis ihtiyacınızı karşılar. # Arşiv için depo ve kağıt israfını önler. # Araştırma için kolaylık sağlar. # Bazı dönüştürme işleri diğerlerinden öncelikli olabilir. Bu durumda program öncelik ataması sağlayabilir. Yüksek önceliğe sahip bir iş hemen sıranın önüne geçip, diğer dosyalardan daha önce başlatılabilir.
