Gün içerisinde cevap veriyoruz. Ayrıca Premium üyelik ile Canlı Destek sunacağız. Yurtdışında birçok firma bu sistemi kullanıyor. Sizce Türkiye'de bu proje işe yarar mı ? Tanıtımını iyi yaparsan, premium yerine ücretli telefon hattı gibi birşey kullanabilirsen olabilir bence. Yalnız premium olayı için aynı kişiye/kuruma sürekli destek vermen gibi bir durum söz konusu. 1-2 arıza için bir yada birkaç aylık premium almaz kimse. Sürekli desteğe ihtiyacı olan kiş/kurumlar zaten bilgisayar firmaları ile bir şekilde anlaşmalıdır. Yüzyüze destek alıyorlardır. Son kullanıcıya hitaben olmalı bu sistem.
