Benim bildiğim genelde virüsün bir şekilde silinip geriye autorun.inf dosyasının kalması sonucu çıkıyor bu.... tıklama ile birlikte autorun.inf içinde belirtilen dosya açılamadığı için birlikte aç uyarısı geliyor... gizli dosya ve klasörleri göstertip el ile bu autorun.inf dosyasını silmek yeterli olabilir...
