Before starting your Kuhl washer for the first time, please check the following, this will help to avoid future problems once the machine is placed into service.

1.      Check the entire machine for any bolts that may have come loose during shipping. Pay close attention to the guide work making sure that if it has come loose, you adjust it back to the proper distance for the product being conveyed through. Do not over tighten any swinging hold down guides to the point where they will not pivot up properly.

2.      Remove the drive guards, inspect for loose bolts, and drive chain adjustment idlers. Replace guards after the inspection. Also, inspect the conveyor chain making sure that it is placed on the supporting rails properly.

Note: Machines that use flat wire belt conveyors, loosen the mechanical slip clutches now in preparation for the rotation of motors, which is covered later in step (6), always replaced guards afterwards.

3.      Remove the filter screens and inspect the water holding tank for any items  placed there during shipping.

Clean out any debris that may have fallen in during shipping and hose out the water holding tank. While the filter screens are out, check the tank float for proper operation. When done replace the filter screens back in the washer.

4.      Turn off the electrical disconnect and all electrical power to the machine. Have an electrician check all electrical connections in the electrical panel and the electrical junction boxes on the machine to make sure all wire terminals are tight. Loose wires will cause arcing and over heating.

5.      At this point close all doors and make sure all guards are in place. Close all tank drain valves and turn on

the water supply to the machine. Washers with mechanical floats will start to fill  the tank at this point

while washers with electronic floats will not. For washers with electronic floats make sure that all the emergency stop buttons have been pulled out to the run position and have the electrician turn on the electrical disconnect and power up the machine. DO NOT START ANY MOTORS. Allow the tank to fill to check that the float is working properly. The water will shut off when the tank is full. Washers with mechanical floats may need to adjust the float height if the water is coming out the tank overflow before the float turns off the water. While testing the machine out, leave the heat source for the water holding tank off.

6.      With the water holding tank full it is now time to rotate the motors on the machine. The first motor to

rotate will be the pump. Start the motor long enough to see rotation and stop it right away. When rotating the motors, Kuhl Corporations electrical control panels Low voltage is wired Black L1 / Red L2 / Blue L3 and High voltage is wired Brown L1 / Orange L2 /Yellow L3. The Three Phase motor leads 1,2,3 should correspond accordingly. If you find that the motor rotation needs to be changed, reverse two lines below the terminal strip in the control panel. Following this recommendation will aid to future maintenance.

7.      Now that the motors are all rotating correctly, check to make sure that if the washer was equipped with (optional) flush valves in the spray manifolds that these valves are all closed. Open flush valves during operation will cause over amperage of the motor and damage to the motor. Flush valves should only be used shortly during the cleaning of the machine (see the operation instructions).

8.      With all doors closed and (optional) flush valves closed, start each motor one at a time and take amperage readings of each motor individually. Compare these readings with the motor tag on each motor and with the electrical write-up sheet provided to you with the amperage readings taken of your machine during testing at the Kuhl factory.

Abi teşekkürler

İşte türkçesi

İlk kez Kühl, çamaşır makineniz, lütfen aşağıdakileri kontrol edin başlamadan önce, bu makinenin hizmete konulduğunda gelecekteki sorunları önlemek için yardımcı olacaktır.
2. Sürücü korumaları kaldırmak, gevşek cıvata olup olmadığını kontrol ediniz ve zincir ayarı boş gezen sürün. Muayene sonrası korumaları değiştirin. Ayrıca, konveyör zinciri destekleyici raylar üzerine düzgün yerleştirilmiş olmasına dikkat ederek inceleyin.
Sonraki adımda kaplı motorların dönüş için not: daire tel bant konveyör, mekanik kayma kavramalar şimdi hazırlık gevşetin Makine kullanımı, (6), hep sonradan korumaları değiştirildi.
8. Tüm kapılar kapalı (opsiyonel) sifon vanaları kapalı, bir anda her motorun bir start ve her motorun amper ölçümleri ayrı ayrı alın. Her motor üzerinde motor etiketi ile elektrik-amper değerleri makinenizin Kühl fabrikadaki test sırasında alınan sayfası size verilen yazma ile bu okumaları karşılaştırın.
