Örneğin bir programın kullanımı hakkında sunum hazırlamanız gerekiyor, bu program ile bilgisayarınızda yaptıklarınızı video olarak kaydedip dilediğiniz gibi yayınlayabilirsiniz. Hazırladığınız görüntüleri kullanarak etkili sunumlar yapmanız için gereken yardımcı araçlar da program ile birlikte geliyor. Bunlar; Macromedia Flash (.flv and .swf), Windows Media (.wmv), Apple QuickTime (.mov), RealNetworks RealMedia (.rm) ve diğerleri.
