Türkiye'de operatörler istisna olarak bazen bu kota uygulamasını kullanıcılarına yansıtmıyorlar ve bir ara bende bu uygulama kapsamı dışındayken 150 gb kota doldurduğum halde hızım düşmüyordu 2 yıl kullandıktan sonra akk kapsamına alındım...
