Sothink SWF Decompiler, Shockwave Flash (.swf) dosyalarını görüntüleme, düzenleme yazılımıdır. Bu programla flash dosyaları içindeki resim, yazı, font, klip, buton ve bu tür dökümanları ayıklamanızı sağlar.Ayıkladığınız dosyaları ister flash (.swf) ister kendi orjinal uzuntılarında kaydetmenize imkan verir. Program aynı zamanda paketlenmiş ve EXE haline getirilmiş animasyonları da açabilmekte, ayrıca SWF dosyasını açmadan içeriğindeki nesnelerin isimlerini de gösterebiliyor.

Eski versiyonlarında ActionScript kodlarını çevirmede bazı hatalar mevcutken bu yeni sürümde bu hatalar yok denecek kadar az bir düzeye indirilmiştir.

Program içerisinde hangi nesnelerin çevirilebilecegi gösterilmektedir. Kullanıcı hangi nesnelerin çevrilmesini istiyorsa işaretledikten sonra çeviriyi(.fla uzantılı dosyayı) nereye kaydetmek
istedigini seçtikten sonra çeviriyi yapabilir.
